Late check out policy:
- Subject to availability. Please ask at the reception in advance.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations requested more than 15 days from the check-in date will be refunded in 90%. 10% of the amount paid will be retained as administrative fee.
- Cancellations requested less than 15 from the check-in date will not be refunded. The client will get a letter of credit valid for 6 months.
Children policy:
- Children under 5 years old in parents’ room stay free of charge (up to 2 kids).
- Children from 6 to 10, check rates.
Other policies:
- The Il Campanario does a minimum 7 nights package for New Years week.
- Pets are not allowed.
